Giving Crate Keys

In all Server Setups (except Free for All & Easy Hub) you can give crate keys to players using the command /crate key give <player> <key> [amount] [-s], where "amount" is optional, and defaults to 1, and "-s" is used to silence the notification to the player you're giving the key too.
